Dual Modality Therapy program integrates two healing modalities that we work with for the entirety of the one-month program. It focuses the energy and intention on two specific healing techniques curated to your individual preference providing a simplistic yet satisfactory experience.

The session concludes with Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT that involves tapping on specific meridian points to create a psychological acupressure for your mental and emotional state to further aid in your recovery journey.

Crystal Therapy and Chakra Integration: Get a quick diagnosis to address the seven main energy centers of your body that also governs different aspects of your life. By using specific Chakra colors, aromas and affirmations, we reprogram and stimulate energy flow towards sluggish and blocked chakras. Crystal Therapy further amplifies the healing benefits by drawing in the Earth energy to nourish and heal from within  restoring vitality and energy balance in your body.
